How our drivers opt in to dispatch text messages

Twenty Transportation, Inc. sends dispatch text messages only to drivers who have given written consent. This page shows how consent is collected and the exact wording drivers agree to. The program is described in our SMS Terms.

How drivers opt in

  1. New drivers. The onboarding packet includes a one-page SMS Consent form in English and Chinese. Signing it is optional and separate from all other onboarding documents. The driver writes their mobile number, checks the box (it is never pre-checked) and signs.   2. Drivers already working with us sign the same paper form, or complete the same consent online: Driver SMS Consent online form.
  3. Confirmation. Right after a driver opts in, dispatch sends this text from (626) 816-3334:

    Twenty Transportation: You are subscribed to dispatch texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

  4. No consent, no texts. Drivers who do not opt in receive dispatch information by phone instead.
  5. Records. Signed forms and online submissions are kept on file for at least four years after the driver stops receiving our texts.

By checking the box below, I agree to receive recurring text messages from Twenty Transportation, Inc. at the mobile number I provide on this form. The messages are about my work with Twenty Transportation: load assignments, container pickup, delivery and empty-return instructions, terminal appointment times and changes, and status questions from dispatch. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or call (626) 239-8227. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Consent is not a condition of employment or of working with Twenty Transportation. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

How to stop texts

Reply STOP to (626) 816-3334 at any time (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work), or tell dispatch. Reply START to opt back in. For help, reply HELP or call (626) 239-8227.
